Western blot analysis from lysates of HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human/mouse PLC-d3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47717) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. Specific bands were detected for PLC-d3 at approximately 100-110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
